HR - 360° Feedback evaluation


Unlike the traditional top-down appraisal where a supervisor appraises the performance of their subordinate, 360° feedback incorporates multiple perspectives by using feedback from a variety of sources. These sources include peers, subordinates, customers, self, and supervisor. The results of this type of feedback process provide an understanding of how the employee is perceived from different perspectives.

The purpose of this survey is to provide the reviewee with valuable feedback from colleagues and other significant stakeholders in order to help him/her to strengthen his/her skills. You will get to see a number of statements describing the reviewees behaviour in different situations. These statements are all related to certain competencies which are important indicators of the reviewee's interpersonal and leadership skills. Indicate your level of agreement with each statement, or select the 'Don't know/NA' answer option when not applicable.   

It is important that you assess these statements based on your personal opinion and experience with the evaluated person. We want your answers to be as frank and honest as possible and based on the person's most recent behaviour. Your input will enable us to better identify the strengths and development needs of the reviewee.

We would like to emphasise that all responses will remain entirely anonymous. Results will be reported globally and only for persons with a high enough number of evaluators. All data are collected and processed by the independent research agency CheckMarket.
